I waited for my vehicle and expected it would take about 45 minutes based upon what I was told when I made the appointment. It took 2 hours. Had I known that, I would have asked for a ride to my house and waited there. I was confused by the information I received in an email listing items that needed attention. I don't understand why you offered to change my cabin filter, but didn't offer to change the air filter. I will probably use Fleet again, but this wasn't a great experience.

Service was quick, thorough and labor prices were fair, however, They "up charge" the price of the parts considerably which I feel is like double charging. Overall, It was a good experience.

I was scheduled a front end alignment on my diesel pusher motorhome on the day the technician was scheduled off. I did not get the front end aligned, just got the oil changed.

RV Repair
We had our RV fixed in Belgrade Montana. The fix did not hold up very well and we pulled into Great Falls and this shop was highly recommended. They not only repaired our RV but they also stored it for us for three weeks while we finished one of our family trip to Anchorage. I would recommend this place over anybody in the area. Their staff is extremely helpful and easy to deal with. Marty Davis
